Specifically, MARS can produce a management team which will cover initial conceptual design, assistance with value engineering through the correct site management of trade operatives, using qualified CSCS tradesmen familiar with the extremely high safety and quality standards normally associated with construction works of this nature. Also, as well as having the necessary plant licences, LUL entry permits and Passports for Safety, we have invested in our labour force to become holders of Level 5 and Level 6 Airside security passes for BAA Airports.

All design is carried out by our in house design office, using the latest CAD software. Each project is assigned to one of our dedicated designers overseen by Nick Wheatley Design Director. They produce a full set of construction drawings, details and schedules, prior to commencement on site.

We have maintained and developed a number of acoustic and thermal façade wall and roof cladding systems which have been adopted on various construction projects throughout the UK as well as being approved installation contractors for the principal manufacturers of proprietary systems such as Kingspan, Rigidal, Speeddeck, Flag UK., Rubberfuse, Bauder & Rheinzink. MARS are appointed TASC members to install Vitral Roof Glazing.

Environmental issues are becoming an important part of building design and as such we have identified this as a definite growth area. We have seen an increase in environmentally friendly products within our market place including natural insulation, green roofs, brown roofs and photovoltaic cells. We are continually looking for new opportunities to expand the products we are able to offer.
