Carried out in 2 phases this project comprises 5 buildings of a very high specification and standard, for use by valuable racehorses.

The works consist of composite insulated roof panels with special ventilated ridge and vertical cladding.  Additionally steelwork, timber cladding and windows were carried out.

A special element of one building was a feature clock set upon the roof.
