The project was a turnkey design and build, to house 3 tenants with differing needs.

Built upon a prominent part of the trading estate, the intention was to provide a building that whilst blending with the remainder of the site would also provide quality in design.

This was achieved by utilising glass and exposed steelwork as a feature, providing a cost effective solution uplifting the visual appearance of the building.
