Sutton's Performance Packaging

Built as a bespoke manufacturing unit for our client, a packaging manufacturer.

This unit comprised of 31,000 square feet of production / storage facility with 2,900 square feet of office space.

The nature of the business meant that special precautions were necessary for the control and management of fire security and an extensive sprinkler system was installed to manage this.

Whilst the production facility was utilitarian, the finishes in the offices were carefully chosen by the client to provide an enhanced working environment.
