Refurbishment and extension for new neighbourhood nursery and surestart facility

On the site of Abbey Meadows Junior School, this project was in fact two contracts, both competitively tendered and carried out consecutively.

Phase 1 was the refurbishment and extension of redundant facilities and the creation of outside play areas to create an infants school. 

Phase 2 comprised of the refurbishment of further redundant classrooms to provide day-care facilities for pre-school children.

Both these highly specialised and sensitive projects were completed on time and to budget.
