A designated Sports College, built to complement existing facilities, providing a new fitness suite and tennis courts for community use.

The construction comprised flight augured concrete piles, ring beams, traditional masonry walls and a steel sheet roof.

In addition to the main structure, extensive refurbishment was carried out to the existing swimming pool and changing rooms.
