The building and former grain store had stood
empty for sometime and our objective was to refurbish
this on behalf of our client.
The building was completely stripped of the original
asbestos sheet covering and grain walling, to the
skeleton of the frame. The frame was modified and
extended to provide additional office accommodation
and then re-clad in composite insulated steel sheet
cladding.
A large requirement of the user was for external
parking and storage space, which was provided by
a new tarmac hardstanding. |

The end user of the completed building had specific
operational requirements and in addition to the
shell works, we also undertook the works and management
of their fit-out. |
