Built as part of our Client’s commitment to the infrastructure of the new settlement at Hampton, Peterborough.

The works were Phase II of the Primary School and therefore designed to integrate with the existing School, with the minimum of disruption.

Built around a central courtyard, the build was founded on piles with a suspended ground floor, masonry walling, timber trusses with a standing seam aluminium roof covering.

The developers attention to detail, coupled with a higher specification than usually seen on School projects created a bright, airy space combined with sophisticated mechanical and electrical installations to enhance this feel.
