This project consists of a terrace of three, three bedroom cottages.

They were traditionally built of brick and block with concrete tiled roof coverings and UPVC windows, fascias and soffits.

Built with the rental market in mind, finishes were kept simple and the project designed with minimum maintenance, as far as practicable.
