This bespoke temperature controlled
building provides 30,000 square feet
of production and storage space for the packaging and distribution of fruit
and vegetables. |

The project was required 19 weeks from
receipt of order and to the exacting high
standards of the retail market.
The ground conditions were poor and a driven piled
solution was applied to the foundations. The insulated
envelope was derived at with composite structural
insulated panelling which coupled with state of
the art refrigeration provided an economic controlled
environment.
It was essential
M.A.R.S. (Construction) Limited and the design
team applied a cohesive approach to the design
solution to provide the client with the most practical
and functional end product.
We feel it testament to our management philosophy
the building was delivered on time and budget. |
