This project was extremely fast-track in nature and required M.A.R.S. Construction Limited to develop the full client brief, obtain planning and deliver the project in a 6 month period.

Whilst simplistic in concept, there were extensive changes in the client brief, post construction, which were absorbed into the contract programme.

One major variation was the introduction of two basketball and a tennis court.

The completed project provides extensive leisure facilities for our client’s employees.
