We are an independent provider of property solutions to the Construction Industry, based in Cambridgeshire. Our services combine the disciplines of Main Contracting with Specialist Roofing and Cladding and building envelope solutions. These disciplines are carefully structured to offer a tailored solution to the needs of each client and their requirements from the project.  Through our approach we deliver high quality, value for money and on time projects.

Much of our work is derived from partnering and repeat business.

Our early involvement provides the opportunity to influence design, build-ability and planning of projects.This enables us to contribute to cost saving exercises and shortened programme times as well as deliver consistent levels of quality.

Hampton Vale Primary School

The works were Phase II of the primary school and therefore designed to integrate with the existing School, with the minimum of disruption.

Built around a central courtyard, the build was founded on piles with a suspended ground floor, masonry walling, timber trusses with a standing seam aluminium roof covering.

The developers attention to detail, coupled with a higher specification than usually seen on School projects created a bright, airy space combined with sophisticated mechanical and electrical installations to enhance this feel.
